Cappuccino and homemade apple pie generate profound ideas
Today is such a beautiful day here in Greece. It is sunny and quite warm, like 16 Celsius degrees. So, I was sitting in my kitchen drinking hot cappuccino in a big Christmas cup (yes I like Christmas things even when it’s not Christmas) and eating my mom’s homemade, sweet apple pie while, I was thinking about my creative projects, that I so long wanna complete, but I was never starting, or abandoning very soon, for various reasons.
Yesterday, as you can see, I posted a visual quote, declaring that I’m gonna create something beautiful really soon, like today, and hoping to inspire others to follow me on this creative journey. I’ve been a lost soul for quite a long time now and finally I’m coming to terms with understanding myself and my needs, which is a huuuge fact that leads to my happiness. What is more, I consider myself a restless soul and I’m always on the hunt for how I can set myself free from all the negative thoughts and disappointments of the past and focus on the positivity of the moment.
While I was browsing the internet last week I found the amazing life coach Vanessa Laven (go check her blog, she’s awesome) and we soon set a Skype date. After my first life coaching session with her I got back on track on chasing my dream to be a profound writer! -Yes, she’s that good!
So, I took the brave decision to start writing the book I wanna write and I wanted to share it with you. Since lately this idea is dancing in my head, but due to self-sabotaging of “not being good enough” and “who is gonna be interested enough to read it”, I put on my brave face and my fingers on the keyboard and started typing the title and the sub-title, which are not yet to be revealed -you’ll have to check on my latter posts!
I’d like to hear from you. What is your creative project that you were postponing, but you ‘re finally ready to start?
